These terms apply to your use of drinkmap.net (“Drink Map”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. You must be 18 or over

Drink Map lists licensed liquor venues and is only for people aged 18 and over. Please drink responsibly and follow the law wherever you are.

2. Information only

Drink Map is a directory for general information. Listings are compiled from public liquor licensing registers and other public sources, and venues open, close and change all the time. We work to keep the information accurate but we don't guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct. Please check directly with a venue before relying on a listing - for example before travelling to it.

“Licensed until” is the latest time a venue's liquor licence allows it to trade. It is not the venue's opening hours. Map positions may be approximate, and venues without a fixed address are not pinned on the map.

A listing on Drink Map doesn't mean we endorse or recommend a venue, and venues are not affiliated with us unless we say so.

The site's design, text and compilation of data belong to us or our licensors. Some data is used under licence from third parties and is credited on the Sources & attribution section of the About page. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is shown with the map-tile provider's credit.

5. Links to other sites

Venue pages link to venues' own websites, social media and map services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.

6. Venue corrections

Venue owners and managers can ask us to correct or remove a listing by emailing venues@drinkmap.net (see Contact). We may ask for reasonable evidence of your connection to the venue before making changes. Licence details come from the state's register and need to be corrected with the regulator.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on any information on it, including information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

8. Changes

We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
